              2 TABLESPOONS SOURED MILK (1 TSP VINEGAR TO 2 TBSP MILK)
              1 TSP VANILLA
              1 TSP BAKING SODA
              1 TSP SALT

MIX IN 2 C FLOUR
              2 C CHOPPED PEELED APPLES

SPRINKLE ON TOPPING BEFORE BAKING

FOR TOPPING, COMBINE WITH FORK UNTIL MIXTURE RESEMBLES STREUSEL:
                        4 TEASPOONS MELTED BUTTER (PLEASE NOTE *TEA*SPOONS)
                        1 TEASPOON CINNAMON
                        4 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
                        4 TABLESPOONS WHITE SUGAR

BAKE 1 HOUR AT 350
